  • No. SabiMech is an end-to-end solution for all of your vehicle maintenance. Our mobile mechanics meet clients at their locations. Once service is completed, clients are notified and can drive off.

  • Yes! All maintenance and basic repairs can be done right in your presence. Our certified mechanics carry all the tools, scanners and lifts to do most repairs at your location. Our services include but not limited to simple jobs such as oil changes and replacing brakes to more complex repairs like replacing timing belts.   • Our system matches you only with a mechanic who is qualified to work on your car. Many of our mechanics have dealer or factory training with certain brands. Some of them have years of experience working on certain types of cars. You can see their particular strengths and expertise on their profiles, as well as reviews from previous customers who own the same make of car as yours.

  • You can book an appointment for a mechanic to come out to you and inspect your car. They will provide their inspection report and recommend services that your car needs.

  • No. Our operating hours is from 8am to 5pm daily.

  • If your car has a problem, you can book a mechanic to perform a diagnostic. A mechanic will come to your location and inspect your car. Our mechanics go through a step-by-step process to rule out or confirm any part(s) failures. Diagnosing a problem is a process. Sometimes the only way to prove that a part is defective is to replace it and recheck the car. Your mechanic will diagnose the car and then provide preliminary recommendations and repair estimates, based on their visual inspection and any tests performed. The inspection report may include photos, test results, audio notes, recommended services, and a service estimate (if applicable).

  • Your details on SabiMech app are safe, SabiMech does not share your personal information to third-party for commercial use or whatsoever.

  • All financial information is encrypted and stored to PCIDSS Level 1 compliant standards. PCIDSS Level 1 compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party.

    It is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry. Additionally, all transmission to our banking partner and on our site is via an encrypted 256-bit HTTPS SSL connection.

  • Our mechanics are fully qualified and fully trained, and most have a minimum of 3 years of work experience and are able to service most vehicle makes and models.

  • Our mechanics have been duly registered and vetted. You have nothing to fear.

  • Once the mechanic arrives his/her passport including name and ID number will be displayed on your device which can be used for physical verification after your request.

  • Please remember to allow 60 minutes for your mechanic to arrive. Sometimes mechanics get caught in traffic or a previous job takes longer than expected. We do apologize if this is the case. If you have not heard from your mechanic by your appointment time, please give us a call at +234 803 514 2075 and we will work to resolve the issue. If you need to reschedule, we will take care of this for you as well.

  • Yes, you can. After using our services, you can rate the mechanic and drop reviews. Mechanics with low ratings and bad reviews are taken off the system to ensure that quality services are rendered to our clients.

  • It is important to have your brakes checked often. Most folks have their brakes checked when they have their tires rotated. Our mechanics can check the thickness of your brake pads to ensure that they are running at peak conditions. Your brake pads are essential for maintaining stopping power, so be sure to have them checked every chance that you get.

  • SabiMech is currently working with a major retailer, so that our mechanics could create a rewards account and purchase discounted parts directly for their work sessions.

  • We allow customers to provide their own parts, if they so wish. Our warranty does not cover parts supplied by customer.

  • Yes, a user can deactivate their account and stop using the services. SabiMech will only request for a reason for deactivation so we can improve our services.
